Eilis has over 18 years experience as a Reiki practitioner. On this weekend, you will be initiated into Reiki, learn about the chakra energy system and aura, how to sense and clear the chakra's and aura.
We will go into deep meditation, learn how to give Reiki to self and others, and practice dowsing.

The Creative Way
A 6 week course to reclaim creative freedom and let go of limiting habits and beliefs.
Week 1 - The connection between creativity and mental health. We explore how being creative is healing for all levels of our being and how to strengthen our connection to our own creativity.
Week 2 - In this week we ask the question Who am I and what does being creative feel like for me. We also recall old creative special moments and learn from our successes.
Week 3 - This week we learn to presence feelings and sensations safely . Inner child work.You will learn a powerful technique to help access feelings safely, working with breath and awareness.
Week 4 - Laying the groundwork for consistent creativity. This week helps with spotting the inner critic and saboteur and how to bypass their activity
Week 5 - Clarifying your creative goals. We use a meditation, a self reflection exercise and sound healing to help clarify your meaningful creative goals.
Week 6 - Starting the work. The journey begins. Here you make a commitment to a piece of creative work which can take any form you choose. You will be given additional support tools to take away and help you stay on creative track. We also celebrate the new insights and energy we have opened into since week one and you get to design and create our own creativity ritual.
