Eilís is a Chartered Physiotherapist, Yoga and Pilates teacher, Aromatherapist and Reiki Master. She is also qualified in Dry needling, Western Acupuncture and Cranio-Sacral Therapy, as well as other holistic therapies including Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. For the past several years she has embarked on a deep personal journey of healing, exploration and learning, especially concerned with the roots of health and well-being.
She qualified as a Physiotherapist and Pilates teacher in Scotland in 2011, where she remained working for a number of years. Her love of Yoga brought her to an organic farm and healing centre in Hawaii, where she trained in Ayurveda and Yoga with Myra Lewin. She has been drawn to London on numerous occasions to learn from world renowned yoga teacher, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, in the practices of Pregnancy Yoga, Well Woman’s Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She has trained as a Doula from Michelle Odent and Liliana Lammers in London, who together have revolutionised birthing practices for women around the world. She has also studied in Greece with elders Angela Farmer and Victor Van Kooten, in Somatic healing Yoga. She trained with Rachelle Garcia Seliga to become a Holistic Postpartum Care Provider to tend to the unique physiologic needs of women after the birthing process.
Eilis’ studies in women’s health, fertility, pre and post-natal care, and menopausal support has been her passionate focus over the past number of years. Alongside this, she has a growing interest in sustainable organic growing, the healing power of herbs, flower essences and essential oils.
Fergal O'Connor
Fergal offers a wide range of holistic body-based therapies, having trained in Ireland, India and the UK. He was a trainer in Indian Head Massage, and practices Reflexology, Deep Tissue massage, Shiatsu and Hellerwork. Over the past 20 years he has developed an intuitive style of working on the roots of pain, stress and anxiety. He has also trained in Pranic healing and the Focusing technique founded by Eugene Gendlin, which are powerful and transformative ways of working with mental health issues.
Fergal is also very experienced in group facilitation especially working with unlocking creativity and wellness through meditative practices, writing, breathwork, voice, sound, rhythm and music. He is a singer, composer and songwriter whose debut album ‘Light breaks through’ is available on all the major platforms.
