As a Chartered Physiotherapist I help people through manual therapy, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, movement and exercise, Reiki, mindfulness techniques, education and advice.  I also use therapeutic yoga techniques to nourish and support health and healing.

Using a number of different approaches and techniques I provide a recovery treatment plan and advice on healthier lifestyle choices.  I practice holistically, which means I offer person-centred care and see the mind-body as interconnected.

At the core is the patient’s involvement in their own care, through education, awareness, empowerment and participation in their treatment.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on treatment that releases tension deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and promote whole-body healing.  It's subtle and gentle approach enhances the body's own innate healing abilities.  We are comprised of more than simply biochemicals, bones, tissues and fluids, and Cranio-Sacral Therapy helps connect us into a deeper knowing of this.

Physically it influences the spinal column, brain and central nervous system, along with the cerebral spinal fluid. It guides the bones of our skeletal system to the bones of the cranium and through the endocrine system.

Emotionally it affects very deep patterns while enabling the client with the space and resources needed to explore their emotional landscape.

Spiritually it deepens a connection to your inner world, back to self.
